Either that or you're much younger than your bracket says and your parents have adopted? Or one has gotten remarried and you're speaking of your new step-sister?
Any of these ways, all you have to do is treat her with respect. Don't yell at her or put her down, listen to what she has to say and if you see her struggleing with something, offer your assistance. With this I mean anything from opening a door for her, to offering advice on a difficult situation. And as TalkingHelps said, Don't fall in love with her! That happens far too often. Treat her as if she is your oldr, biological sister. Same as you'd treat your mom. Take care,
