reader, anonymous, writes (23 March 2008): there is a cream you can buy called arnica (sounds like it's spelt) and it reduces bruises fast - my mum always used to use it when my brother fell of his skateboard!

reader, anonymous, writes (23 March 2008): Sorry honey, I'm not sure there's a lot you can do. But put a whole load of foundation and concealer on. It won't work wonders, but it should make a hell of a difference. If you don't own any foundation/concealer then you can just go and buy the cheap stuff, no need for the expensive products! You can get cover-up sticks from chemists from about 2 quid (I see you're from britain lol) so get some of that :] oh, and maybe google it? I'm not an expert on this subject - I just had to suffer with mine haha :]
