You've got to really take a step back and ask yourself if this person is more important to you as a friend, or not in your life at all.

Many people would agree that when friendship turns into love and romance, things can tend to go wrong, and when things go wrong, friendships can get ugly, so my advice to you is ask yourself whether this person is worth more in your life than out of it.

starfairy agony auntYou have said that he doesn't want a relationship with you, it seems he's willing to give you a good friendship though. Unless you ask him point blank is he interested, you will have to be content with a friendship from him.
