Don't see girls like they're the only thing that can make you happy in the world. Talk to her like you would with a friend.
Ask her out, if she says no, it means that she doesn't like you.
You can't, make her change her mind about you. If she doesn't feel it, she doesn't. The best thing to do is to show who you really are from the start because if you don't and she loves the person you pretend to be ... when she realize that you were fake, she won't like it.
Remember this, something that I often forgot in my younger years, there's more than one girl in the world.

what to do? You're so young and crushing.
Well u just can't straight out ask her out, but become close to her, ask her if she wants to hang out, get to know each other, spend more time together, like during lunch, conversate about likes and dislikes etc. Right now ur just attracted to her, so things can only go so far, either she likes u to, or she doesn't, maybe u change ur mind about her, or maybe not. Who knows, it goes from there.
Good luck =)
