I think I have a problem but I don't know how badly it will affect me.

I have a fear of rejection thats why I tend not to ask women out (at least not until I go to uni) but I also only do my job out of fear I'll get sacked for poor conduct rather than motivation through enjoyment (it's part time work for my year out). Is this normal?

don't be afraid, rejection is just part of life- it happens to EVERYONE at sum point. if u like some1 ask them out. THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN WATCHING SOME1 U CARE 4 SLIP AWAY AND BE HAPPY WITH SOME1 ELSE JUST BECAUSE U DIDN'T HAVE THE GUTS TO DO ITSELF URSELF!! it is much better 2 live ur life regretting things u have dun than to live ur life thinking what if...? about ur job, go job hunting in the local area until u find 1 u'll enjoy then quit ur old 1!!!! and yes it is normal lol
