I have feelings for her and i tell her everyday. yesterday i had a dream about marry her and it showed the same dream over and over again. my question is what does it tell me: is she my perfect match or i have to move on?

 If she wont be your girlfriend then you should move on. I thought she was your girlfriend, but if she doesn't feel the same way about you there is nothing you can do except hope that maybe some day in the future she will fall in love with you.
Until then, don't sit around waiting for her. Enjoy your own life, find another girl and be happy. If it's meant to be it will be.

Do you mean to say you are not already in a relationship with her, or do you mean to say you were thinking about break up? If you want to marry her and have strong feelings for her, why would you want to move on from her? Doesn't make much sense. No, if you care about her and love her, stick by her side and who knows in the future when you are both ready you will marry? But why not just be a couple until you know for sure if you want to marry or not?
