writes:Hi All,I have a crush on my gym instructor. I think he likes me, as in his classes he has paid me alot of attention and I feel him staring at me when I walk into the gym. We have only spoken to each other a couple of times. He tends to joke around and tease me. I asked him a while back if he did personal training, which he does and whether he woudl be able to do some for me. I didn;t go to the gym for a couple of weeks and my friend said he apporached her and asked about me. When I went the next day he approached me and started asking if I wanted personal training and he asked me to do a food diary and give it too him when I see him next. Am I reading too much into this? How do I know if he likes me? If he does why hasn;t he asked for my number?

Oh dear this is such a classic problem because you can't tell if he's just a nice instructor or if there's more there. I have a super major crush on my ski instructor. Yip what is it about the instructors?
Anyway, I also can't tell if his attention to me is normal or if means a little more.
I also thought about askng about private lessons but oh dear how creepy is that if he's not into me? It's kind of creepy and you worry that he gets that all the time. It's such a weird situation to be in! I hate to be reading between the lines and seeing signs just coz I really really like him. But I didn't like him
b4 I sensed he might be interested. So maybe it's a sixth sense.
I seem to have answered my question and yours...which is he probably does like you.... So it's in your court.

I had a massive crush on one of those lads nearly 5 years ago and went about it the wrong way by acting like a total prat whenever he was around. Most of all I avoided him beause..well they're good looking and they know it don't they? It was to prevent him from getting any ideas about stroking his ego but I think I've just made it worse.Anyway I still cringe when I think of the worst way I ever dealt with a crush so the best thing to do luvvy is hang on in there, show yr interested as much as he is and go for it! Make the most of it while ya can, whether it lasts or not at least you've been there to tell a happier tale.

He could just be interested in making some ££ through personal training. He doesnt actually work at the gym anymore, and has moved on to do classes somewhere else. He saw me the otehr day and gave me his number so that we could meet at the gym to sort out a training plan, I did text him to say I'd be in but he said he couldnt make it because he had to teach a class.
Its confusing because I asked about the personal training motnhs ago and if he was just interested in the money, why hasnt he sorted it out and started working with me? when i see him at the gym he always comes over and makes an effort to talk to me! Confused!
Rosie.......never underestimate yourself. Alhtough I;m a hypocryte as I do it myself all the time. I aalways find it hard to beleive that some hot guy can fancy me.......but why not?

Hello, in answer to your question, he sounds like he is very interested in you. If he wasn't he wouldn't bother with you, or ask your friend were you are. It's hard I know as you don't want to get the wrong idea as to whether he likes you or not, but I would say hang in their girl, caused you've pulled!!! He hasn't asked for your number as his proberbly a bit shy or nervous as he isn't sure how you really feel about him.I fancy my gym instuctor as well. I can't even look at him it's that bad, all I say is hello and the ocassional bye. I do catch him looking at me, and the other day he hoovered around my machine and no where else,. It seems youve got alot futher than me. My gym instructor is such a hunk, what in the devils name is he looking at me for? He must be thinking i'm fat?
