I think he likes me too, because he stares at me, talks about me alot, etc., but the problem is, a year ago he broke up with this girl who was using him, and they had sex, which i guess was all she wanted, and dumped him. I feel really bad for him, and he's afraid to get into relationships again because he thinks he'll get used again. What should I do?

Get to know him better first - build up his trust - he may then feel he trusts you enough to date you.

Be there for him, and become his best friend. Once you've earned his trust, take it slowly. Have a talk with him after some time has passed, and tell him that you want him as a partner, one who will stick around in your life. If you both want the same thing, he'll come out of his shell.
Best of luck,

well, you should just try and be friends with him first. get to know him and understand him so he can begin to trust you, show him how much you care about his feelings and how you would never hurt him
