Maybe it wasn't quite the right time for you to be experimenting. Don't be quite as eager next time, slow down, just in case you feel like this again.
Actually I am not sure if you mean emotionally uncomfortable or physically uncomfortable?

Hiya yes this is normal.....
Did you use contraception when you done it? It's fine that you felt uncomfortable I would suggest that you don't do it again for a while...... you can do that you can wait until you feel more comfortable with it.
Next time you will know more of what to expect and you can also be more prepared. Go down to a sexual helth clinic and have a chat with one of the nurses about other methods of contraception that you can use... as in the pill or injection or implant. If you have this extra security than it may help you feel more in control and therefore more comfortable. Whilst your down the sexual health clinic you can also have a chat with one of the ladies about how you've been feeling.
They're trained to help people in your situation and it's all confidential as well. Try looking on http://www.fpa.org.uk/
