I had a very weird dream after breaking up with boyfriend .Is it related?

I had the weirdest Dream. In my dream i broke up with my Boyfriend which in reality i did 2 days ago. I procede to carry a Baby horse to my room to feed him his formula.But he couldnt fit in my room so i decided to go back downstair. while walking downstairs the Horse turned into a 3 year old toddler. and he was calling me Mommy which i felt was weird. i decided to use the bathroom. i brought my "son" with me. i looked down and Blood was on the floor, flowing from my private area. i Turned around and My son was Playing in the Blood saying MOMMY LOOK and i Picked him up and Started Crying. I dont know if this was an indication of my relationship with my boyfriend so Now im confused can someone help.
