The other servers kind of laughed that they didn't want to interrupt him when they needed drinks. When my friend came over it gave me a chance to change focus and not seem too eager. But we eventually started talking again anyway. Unfortunately my friend and I had to leave while he was busy at the other end of the bar. I didn't stay to say goodbye because I didn't want to seem too eager. I want to go back to see if he's interested enough to ask for my number. How much time should I let go by and how do I play it cool?
