I get upset when I don't reach my physical goals. When I get upset, I do my best to work harder to reach my expectations...

You are young, your hormones are going all crazy @ the mo and your body is bound to be going through some changes, which can be depressing. I have stretchmarks on my boobs, my tummy, my hips and the top of my arms. I have major issues with this and never wear anything which shows off my arms I hate them. I don't want you to feel like I did, like the others here said, I think seeing a doctor and a counsellor is mayb the first step to take, remember, you need to love yourself before you will be able to let anyone else love you. Take care and chin up chick xx

Hi there Annie,
I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor. Find out what is supposed to be your weight range for your height. If you are overweight or underweight, perhaps the doctor could work with you to figure out how to get the body that you want. Or maybe your doctor could recommend a good, professional dietician.
If you are within range but still feel unhappy, perhaps speaking with a counselor is the best route. I think that everyone feels self-councious about their appearance at some point, but it shouldn't take over your life. A professional will help you in this area.
Take care.
