I feel bad because I get in a mood with my boyfriend for silly things- like I can't get over feeling a bit jealous when he talks about girls he's spoken to... he's the same towards me... but I've not been really like this before with people and I don't want to seem overpowering so I don't say anything. Do you think its something deeper rooted I need to work on? Please help as it really gets me down and I can run over and over what he said and think he's more attracted to other people, when it stares me in the face he isn't!For example, he's good friends with a girl and they seem to get on really well and then it makes me beat myself up about my appearance, because I think she's better looking than me... any ideas how I can be a nicer girlfriend and stop being so silly?

Hey honey,
It's natural to compare yourself to other ladies; we all do it! What you mustn't do is beat yourself up about - he's picked you to be his girlfriend, this other girl is just his friend. I know it's hard but it only proves that you care about him. =]
Hope this helps.
xx
