Hi, I read your question and I totally understand where you're coming from! How does he react when you do this? Is there anything particular that makes you feel angry?
Sometimes there are past issues that cause anger and upset, and I know that when you feel like that, regardless of good intentions, you can just blow and then feel guilty and worried thats its ruined everything(I admit I'm worse when I've had a drink!).
If you're really not sure why you get so angry, you could do with talking to somebody about it, be it a good friend or a professional cause its obviously affecting both of you and you deserve to be happy.
It takes a lot to admit that you have a problem and its the first step to sorting things out. Sorry I'm not too wise, but best of luck with it.x
