Well, first of all, you can't control his emotions. If he wasn't into you then, the that wasn't your fault. Since you are both older, he may have changed his feelings towards you. You can't make him like you, he has to develop those feelings on his own. It just takes a little time, but if he starts acting like he did before i suggest moving on.
