reader, anonymous, writes (6 November 2007): Its not abnormal to feel sad after masturbating since when you were in a relationship you got use to being able to share sex with the person you cared for. I still think of my ex since the idea of any one else seems too alien.
Don't worry it'll get better eventually especially when you start meeting other people who you feel sexually attracted to.
