It's what you do with that erection at that moment that counts. That's where the word "crime" steps in. And what kind of touching? Touching others is a sensation that causes a sensation. There are many types of touching.
Appropriate and inappropriate. Which one are you referring to? Is it just a friendly touch, like all of us have experienced or an uninvited caress? If it's an everyday type of touch that leads to an erection, you might have a strong libido. If that bothers you, touch less often. That is no crime. It might be something to brag about (to yourself).

When you say "touching girls", just how old and where are you touching these girls? I'm not sure exactly where you are coming from but it sounds a little a creepy.
It might be a good idea to talk to a therapist about this.
