 There could be any number of causes for this including the chlamidia.
Sexual activity at your age is a bit premature anyway and there could be any number of problems come up for various reasons, as you have already found out.
In my opinion you should see your doctor to get a proper diagnosis. Though I would like to give you better information, I cannot, due to the scope of this site and the fact that I cannot converse one on one with you to solve the problem as you will be able to do with your doctor. Doc.
