dude dont sweat if this happened more than once in the same way same setting, u might jus be triggering off performance anxiety urself by thinkin this happened last night when i tryed puttin on tha condom! take your time u proly find your self rushing to get on tha condom before u sink! well its jus u need to relax tell her to help take tha pressure off u by kissin u or have her put it on so she jus not waitin for u to get ready cuz that can cause extra pressure!

Whats happening is you have had a knock back and then because for that you are begining to fear you might get another - bit like falling of the horse. Well the only way to ride the horse again is to get back in the saddle.
Hate to say it but find it difficult to put on some condoms (in the days of my youth) and 20 minutes of pulling and pushing the latex around to get it on and the heat has died down. What i found was getting a different brand that was much easier to get on helped loads, and then was able to ride like a cowboy. :)
Try that, if not talk to a doc it might be a symptom of something else. (unlikely). Also get your other half to do something really sexy for you and see what happens.
