nanarial is verified as being by the original poster of the questionIf he had bought the ring thinking of me i wouldn't be as upset about it, but he bought it for his ex. That and i don't want him to give it to me. not only am i only 15 but we've only been going out for 2 1/2 weeks.

If he gives you a ring and you are unsure, ask him. But if he did get a new ring, he could get very offended by your mistrust, however in your case I think its good to not be naive and believe everything he says.
I mean, he might think he truly loves you, but let him prove that by sticking with you through tough times and hardships, not by giving you a ring.

Hi, that's quite simple really, if he says he loves u thn no matter wat he will listen to u and not judge u, so just tell him exactly how u feel, and if he doesn't listen then he aint worth nout.
Let me know wat happens

Just say it to him, dont tell him you know bout a ring
