A female United Kingdom, anonymous writes:

I have what could be described as a long distance relationship as the guy lives 2 bus journey away (40 mins) but in the same city ive been with him just over a month and see him every 7-14 days thats im ok with. but i would like to hear from him more often as i feel like he forgets about me when he not around me. we cant call each other much as my parents listen in on the other phone downstairs and we cant afford mobile calls. but we both have text and msn he never texts me at all and on msn he always like brb and then goes offline is he trying to avoid me coz i really wanna talk to him at least once every 2 days but i cant when he wont talk over msn.

A male reader, guylostinlove +, writes (16 December 2006):

What exactly are you guys up to when you see each other?

Is it just making out and/or sex?

If you have instant messaging/email readily available, I don't see why you guys don't correspond/chat more often. There's just no excuse (imo)!

Perhaps you should think if he might just be using you for sex ...
