Masturbation is quite normal and at your age, your hormones are probably raging! You should be aware though that too much of anything is not healthy, so don't spend all your spare time doing it. Burn some of the excess energy in sport or physical activity. Being in control of your body and developing skills in football, tennis, and other sports will give you a lifelong healthy outlook. As for the porn, I agree with DoubleM, back off on it. Most of it is quite unrealistic and you might begin to believe that is how real life and real sex with a partner is all the time. And believe me, a real relationship is far, far better than a computer fantasy.

Back off on the porn, it can begin to dominate your thoughts and is unrealistic. There is nothing wrong with masturbation, however, to occasionally exercise your mental and physical sexuality as it begins to mature. I said "occasionally" because too much of that as well can affect the actual future relationships you will someday have with women, assuming that will be the case. Do not rush into that too soon, but masturbation is reasonably healthy at your age within moderation.
In India, you have Kama Sutra, which is peerless in it's guidance to knowing, experiencing and embracing sexuality, taking it to a spiritual level. Even if only applying Tantric teachings to a degree, it enhances your life in the realm of sexuality. Westerners are mostly ignorant of it's value, but in your country I hope and suppose it remains great knowledge. Follow it.

Personally, there's nothing wrong with masturbating, as long as it's not all the time, but about the porn... I don't know what it is with me, but I hate the thought of people getting attatched to it. Especially at your age, so maybe you should cut down on the porn. But don't feel guilty! Especially if you don't have a girlfriend. However, if you do, then this is when the situation gets a bit messy. You musn't upset her with porn, so make sure she knows. But as for masturbating, go ahead! Have fun! But don't let it replace what a girl could do.
