I don't really know how to explain it, besides the fact it is very very discomforting, and outside my vagina hurts after sex. Also I had unprotected sex two days ago, but had my period today? Do I still go and get a pregnancy test? What are the chances of this? Thanks in advance..

As for the pregnancy, you should NEVER have unprotected sex unless you are trying to get pregnant! If you aren't in a monogomous relationship with someone you KNOW is STD free, condoms, always. If you know neither of you has an STD, you need to be on some other kind of birth control before you stop using condoms. A pregnancy test wouldn't tell you anything this early. If you skip your NEXT period, then you should take a test.
