Well, you need to ask yourself if you would let a girl touch you when your sober or was it just the drink? This doesnt make you bi, you were just innocently having a laugh and trying out the experience. However, if you feel strongly about it maybe you should try it again but be sober this time and see how you feel, this would help determine if your straight or bisexual. All teenager go through this its perfectly normal to question your sexuality because your young and are just trying out new things. Feel free to do whatever until your finally comfortable with your sexual indentity. Have fun!

 Could be the drink. Alcoholic drinks lowers inhibition levels and allows people to do things they otherwise would not do when sober. OR you could have just enjoyed the experience. It doesn't make you bi, it makes you girl who got touched by another girl. That's all. You still have time to completely develop your sexual identity. So don't stress about these little adventures too much until you FEEL for sure you're bi or gay. Meaning you enjoy sex with men and women, or just with women exclusively.
At your age however, you should NOT be drinking any alcohol. Period.
