I don't know why she would phone, she may think that you would be over her my now and you wouldn't be bothered if she called you. Maybe she did it because she wanted things to be final between you before she deleted your number, and she never mailed her back because you said you both had to move on!
I would push this to the back of your mind and try not to read anything into it, it will just drive you nuts.
