 You could have sex with him and lose him to other girls anyway...you should concentrate on the 'relationship' and not the sex. If you are not good friends with this guy then there is no future in it regardless of what you get up to in the bedroom. I think it takes a reasonable level of self esteem to survive the young-adult dating scene...you have to know that if he leaves because of the lack of sex, he wasn't worthy of you and there is someone out there who will respect your wish to wait a while.
