Ok, about a year ago I met someone, Rob, through my friends. I really liked him and he liked me too. We flirted alot and kissed but he never got with me, he said I was too "full-on" and he wasnt ready. He was still in love with his ex as well. Then the other day he sent me an email saying how he still liked me alot and was sorry for the way he was before. He said he was over his ex and regretted not making a go of things with me. I havnt seen him for about a year now adn the email was really unexepctant. I replied and said not to worry about the way it was between us a year ago, I asked if he wanted to meet sometime for a drink. He said he definitely would but we didnt arrange a time or date. So what do I do now? Wait for him to get in touch again and tell me when he wants to meet? I dont wanna do all the chasing because of what happened last time.

Get together have a coffee and a chat. Nothing wrong in you asking him, then give him a couple of days to reply and take it from there.
