 You tell her that she is a good girl but you are already fallen in love with someone else. If she really likes you a lot she might be sad for some time, that's part of life, but I doubt that you will brake her heart. Not if you haven't dated for some time, have you? Not telling her anything, to ignore her, or not give her a clear and honest answer, will probably be more damaging to her heart.
Be honest and she will be fine.

does she know your single??? just tell her your dating someone but still no matter what you do depending on the degree of her emotions (how much she likes you) id just tell her your taken
