I was the only redhead in my family (my hair has gotten darker) too... it's a recessive gene. :) I have brown eyes though, which is strange... not many people have that combination

I would see a doctor before you take this up, but you might want to think about weightlifting. I have read a series of articles with various views about the pros and cons of teenagers lifting weights, but most high schools offer it as an elective.

As woman, we are so critical of ourselves. It seems like no matter how much we have going for us, we are never happy. I think it comes from within. We have to love ourselves unconditionally! We can't expect it from others if we can't give it to ourselves! Ya Know?
My daughter is very thin. When she was your age she was a stick, and hated her body. She is now in her 30's. She is 5'4" and weighs 98 lbs. She has curves where she should, and muscle where she should. She also has long strawberry blonde hair which she hated as a child, she was the only redhead in the family, and she has big green eyes. She is beautiful! And now I think she knows it!
Give yourself time to blossom!
