I'm healthy, just not with her?I don't think of anybody else, I just don't know why..Is it normal to have this after a long marriage?Could it be that I work too much?I don't know, I really don't know what to do. Do guys usually know why they don't want sex?

All men AND women experience a decrease in sex-drive as they get older. Most of the time, it's due to lower testosterone levels (in both genders) A suggestion I have is to eat foods that increase certain hormones in your in your body. Brazil Nuts are VERY important. Eat them, a lot. Peaches, blueberries, salmon, dark chocolate, celery. All of these will help balance your hormones and give you a healthy level of testosterone. If this doesn't help, it may be due to a physical problem or something else. Maybe see a doctor. Just be happy! :) You're awesome.
