 The number refers to your back measurement and the letter eg A/B/C etc referes to the cup size i.e. the actual fulness of the breast itself. xxx

It's pretty simple really, the number is the measurement around the rib cage just below boobs, and the letter is how much boob there is! I gather 1 inch bigger than the chest measurement is an A cup, 2 inches a B cup etc etc The best way to be sure you have the right size is to sneak a look at one of her bra's when she's not wearing it!! Hope you kept the receipt for the one you bought her, buying the right size first time would be pretty unlikely....hope this helps...tkd_fox ;)
