I don't trust myself around him, how do I find an easy way out without anyone getting hurt?

Ok, Basically i met this guy a few months ago we came really good friends then we kinda started seeing eachother it kinda went sour and we fell out majorly.

Then he started seeing my best mate i was quite upset by this this caused more conflict between us countless arguments were caused and things still arent right.

They eventually start going out only problem is i think he might still like me everytime we get around other we flirt so badly whether it be private jokes beween us or play fighting problem is other people are starting to pick up on this too.

We cant really be trusted to be left alone in a room together for very long, his girlfriend is quite dippy and hates conflict so she wont say anything which makes it worse in a way she is also extremely clingy i try to stay in enviroments were we arent alone but even that doesnt help.

I dont trust myself around him and i think he would the same thing

I dont know how to act around him anymore and i certainly dont wanna ignore him that would just make more conflict.

I wanna find an easy way without anybody getting hurt
