awww sweetie, you have your whole life ahead of you, you have a lot of growing up to do and you have not found the right person yet.
to truelly love someone in a romantic way is not a 'emotion' but a decision, a lot of young people get this confuzed with infatuation, which soon fades away, many teenagers say they love each other when really young love istnt meant to last as u have so much maturing to do, and to get your career and job set up you never know where u might end up in life
call me old fashioned but u should never say u love someone unless u intend to marry them or want to be with them long term as it is such a strong word and emotion
but one day you shall find the one for you but just concentrate in being a teenager and enjoying life...

You are 16 to 17.
It is highly unlikely anyone your age has had anything more than a crush.
Good Luck!! xx
