Im glad i found her but i would rather tell others that we met through friends. What do you think? Reply to this Question Share |

Well, I would talk to her about it first. See how she would like to tell others you met, and if she is okay with the online dating thing, maybe you can tell her your not, and you two can use the classic excuse that you met "through friends".

First of all, why do you feel the least bit obligated to tell anybody about your private life, such as how you met your new girlfriend? Details such as that are of no business nor any particular interest to "others" -really. But secondly, many romances begin via Internet Web sites these days. It seems to be a great way for available singles of any age to hook-up, in my opinion. Example: I'm 60-years-old, divorced and living in Texas. I have met several great ladies my age and younger during the past year - and yes, a few losers as well - but currently dating a wonderful woman steadily. I'm not at all desperate, I'm happy.
