A reader, anonymous, writes (20 April 2009):

I agree with the last person. You are young, and you will experience more things in time, when you get older. There's no rush, so try not to worry.

As for not feeling much when you kiss, I am exactly the same. I'm okay with being hugged, having my hand/shoulder touched, like you. But when it comes to kissing, I don't actually enjoy it particularly! I think it's just the way I am. It could be because you are still young, or your feelings aren't strong enough yet. Or it could be just the way you are. We all have different likes, dislikes and preferences.

So don't worry about not being normal, you are perfect as you are, and just enjoy your time together with this guy. x
