My mom met this guy online and she really likes him but I dont agree with the way she acts. They only talk on the phone. To make herself look like a busy woman she lies constantly that she goes to all these parties and she went shopping. It angers me because if I ask her to go to a party she wont go or if I need something to wear she looks at me like I'm crazy. Then when she's on the phone I cant speak because he might hear me. The pictures she has online, im not in any of them. I dont appreciate this at all. What do you think is her problem?

A male reader, Griffo Australia +, writes (11 January 2009):

Griffo agony auntId either just yell out hey MUM! when she's on the phone she might wake up and take a little notice. it sound your being a little neglected. its a little irresponsible of her but at the same time she probably wants someone to love and someone to love her. So before you go and yell out something id talk to her and ask her what's up just nice chat should help.

let us know how you go.
