Okay so, I have a problem with the way I look, my boyfriend tells me all the time that I'm beautiful, and I'm not fat, etc. But, I don't like how I look. I'm 14 years old, I'm 5'3 and I weigh 120 pounds. I don't think that's seriously overweight but, when I see my stomach and around my face, I just hate it. I really do. I don't want to diet or anything, and have no money to go to the gym so I was wondering, what could I do to lose some weight? Just around my stomach and face area. I really think I need to, and I'm really not happy with the way I look. Any advice is helpful. (:

I just got back from Spain, and I lost a good deal of weight over there. I'm not down to my ideal weight yet, but I got a good start.
Over there, most people do a lot of walking. It's part of their lives... also, there is a lot of healthy food available over there. Fish, fruits and vegetables. You rarely see overweight people over there, and the lifestyle is the reason why.
You don't sound overweight to me, but if you're not happy with your weight, you need to go to a dr. and get some advice. Eating healthy and exercising are key to losing weight, however.

Im 15... sit ups or 'stomach crunches' as some people call them...should tone ur stomach up, also if you suck your tummy in a bit all the time, it eventaully becomes habbit, it has with me , and somehow i dont know how, but it makes your tummy slimmer in general:) good luck.
and if your boyfriend is telling you your beautiful, then listen to him! hes probably right!
you dont need to be slim or perfect to be beautiful, remember beauty comes from the inside!!

Just go out jogging or something like that if you want to lose weight. Run up and down the stairs in your house. I'm sure you're worried, but the more you worry the more you will find fault with yourself. Everyone else likes you, so listen to them whilst just taking gentle exercise such as jogging.
