The taste, or the thought of it going into your mouth? If the problem is the taste, he can change his diet (less fat/meat) and you can put something tasty in your mouth or on his penis. If it is the thought then there is not much you can do. Just give it another try every once in a while and see if you can get used to it.And I was assuming that you do want to do oral. If you don't then there are a hundred other ways to please your boyfriend.

Get some "blow job" gels... they come in a zillon flavors...
cinnamon
strawberry
blueberry
chocolate (or hershey's works but wash well as the sugar leave you and the bed sticky)
or put an altoids in your mouth first (a thrill for him too)
have him "wipe off" or do it yourself before you start the bj

Flavored condoms always have that hint of latex on them. They could work, but what works better and feels better for him as well as tastes better for you are FLAVORS. Whipped cream, chocolate syrup, you know, in the general idea of "Is that a banana split, or are you happy to see me?"
Yes, oral sex is definitely an acquired taste, but adding flavors, either condoms or other things, may be a good "training wheels" approach until you get used to the natural fluids.
Oh, one other thing -- what he eats does affect taste. Alcohol and garlic and onion and dairy stuff can be detrimental, while fruits and juices can make it easier.

I had a partner who felt the same, we tried flavoured lubes and other things but they just made her feel even more sick as the mixture of textures was revolting.
Just look up ultra thin flavoured condoms, as far as I know there are specialist ones for blow jobs now.
As far as wearing a condom not being as good, which he might say, then just point out the fact he'll get a lot more of them more often if he does and he'll come around to the idea.
