Why is this guy sticking around?

 He's sticking around so he can get some more sex from you in the future. You've already proved that you're easy and you'll sleep with him even though you have a boyfriend.
Either make a clean break and stop hanging out with him and drunkenly falling on his dick or break up with your boyfriend.
