A age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I am pregnant (8weeks), and there is a possible of 3 people who could be the father. I went to a party and had sex with a mate. The next morning I, again had sex with another bloke (random this time). The next day me and my bf had unprotected sex and he didnt pull out in time.

None of them wore protection.

What should I do?

Could I have an STD?

[Mod note: response edited to fit site guidelines. Note to poster: see your doctor if you are concerned about STDs. Only a DNA test will tell you which one is the father. Based on your last response, it's clear you need to seek the help of your physician. This question is now being closed. Good luck.]

I know I did something wrong. I just want help.

A female reader, deirdre Ireland +, writes (19 April 2011):

no offense but you really should have got the morning after pill, since you were drunk at the party when you had sex. contraception is free in the uk, including the morning after pill, & even if it wasnt free its better spending money on keeping yourself safe than for this to happen.

it is impossible to know who the father is right now, the people at the hospital would tell you the same thing. have you thought about what your going to do? are you in college or have you a job? how will you support yourself when the baby is born? by the way, the benefits system is going to get worse in the uk soon, so you may want to reconsider if your plan is to take benefits. let me know how you get on please. good luck.

Gabrielle Stoker agony auntAs a general rule, if you don't know, it's not likely anyone else will until a DNA test is conducted.

Of course, you getting and possibly spreading an STD is very much possible. Do visit a doctor and get tested.

I don't know your stand on abortion, but you may want to consider all your options.

And take a long, hard, look at the choices your are making. This is grossly irresponsible behavior.

A male reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2011):

You also could have passed on an STD from either of the two guys to your boyfriend.

Although it doesn't sound like you really care what possible damage you might be doing to your BF's emotional or physical well being.

A male reader, CaringGuy United Kingdom +, writes (17 April 2011):

Yes, you could have an STD. You need to make an appointment to see a doctor ASAP to get tested, and also to get advice on your pregnancy.

Also, when the baby arrives (if you decide to keep it), you'll need to DNA test all three men to check who the father is to make sure they fill their obligations.

And please, in the future, use some kind of contraception. This is how lives are ruined.
