writes:I don't know what went wrong.....my friend and I broke up with our ex's 6mos ago. She's pregnant with her ex's baby. We've been friends for 14yrs and started talking everyday for about 2 mos and went on trips alone to vegas and hawaii. In the past 2 wks we haven't been talking any more. I've asked her to go to a comedy show with me and she said yes and canceled 1 hr before the show. I really like her but have not told her yet. I thought we had something going but now I feel like she has no interest in me. She hasn't been contacting me anymore. Should I still try to call her? What went wrong? Thanks in advance!!

reader, anonymous, writes (4 July 2008): You mentioned she is pregnant; well that on it's own is giving me reason to say; vow; heaven knows, might be her hormaones; maybe some difficulty with the preganancie; my be she is just a little emotional, hormones can do this; contact her ask her what is wrong; but I think just give her a little time; let her know you are thinking about her;
Vow, yes, I know this sounds crazy, but females and hormones when they are pregnant; difficult to explain or UNDERSTAND.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 July 2008): Who knows what went wrong, i'm a girl, and I admit we are confusing. You should try to contact her, but don't overdo it. Theres nothing more annoying then a phone ringing off the hook. If she answers, ask her what's up, and ask her to get coffee or something. That can't hurt. Just catch up on things, and maybe you'll find out the reason why you haven't been talking so much lately. Who knows, maybe she just needed a little time to herself, or it could be nothing, and you're just worrying yourself for no reason. Hey-- and the most important thing, just enjoy life- make sure you don't get yourself worked up and stressed over nothing.
