A female United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I've been getting mixed feelings from this guy. One minute he's there and the next minute he's gone. Recently he went to jail for a traffic violation. Before then we talked frequently and spent time together. When he went away for the 2 wks he had to do things changed. I haven't seen him since he's been home that's been about a month now. When i text him he doesn't respond. He called me the othr night just to ask how I was. I don't know what approach to take with him, I am interested but is he? Why is he giving me the cold shoulder along with the silent treatment?

HElPFUl AsHlEy AsK mE QUESTi0NS agony auntNo doubt sweety i know how you feel. Men are sometimes way too confused to understand if they are having true feelings with a woman or not, Now almost all men are DEATHLY afraid of commitment. I am no expert on love, and thats for sure, but when a guy gives you the cold shoulder and the silent treatment, they have something very important on their minds, and they are just trying to figure things out. I promise you that he isnt Ignoring you because he had a sudden change of heart. If you want leave him a message or if you get a hold of him, dont hold back and let him know how you are feeling. I promise it will help.

Hope this helped sweetheart!
