writes:so i have been with my boyfriend for a few months now. he is a senior and i am a sophmore. this is pretty commom around where i live and people are fine with it. A lot of girls, however, are surprised i guess you could say, or jealous. Now, he asked me to prom and i said yes. that also means going away for prom weekend where its usually just sex drinking and music. im not worried about the drinking part, but i am about sex. I dont think he wants to. He has only had one past girlfriend and they didnt do anything. I, on the other hand, have been with a few guys. i dont know if hes nervous or intimidated? he wont even make out with me.....

Talk to him about it, and see what he wants to do. Most likely, he wants to, just he isn't comfortable with it yet and needs to ease into it.

Being from Poland (Europe) I am surprised you haven't even kissed. I am from Argentina and I'm sure that Europeans and South Americans can be very affective and I find it strange that yours is a relationship without making out considering your age.
If you don't want sex, tell him beforehand and if he truly respects you he will not go that far to a point that makes you feel uncomfortable.
As regards your question, I honestly think he's nervous...Really nervous. You have been together for a few months and you two haven't made out? I don't know what could intimidate him honestly.
