I don't feel like I am a high priority in my boyfriend's life, and talking to him about it hasn't helped!

I don't feel like I'm that high of a priority in my boyfriend's life. He does a daily routine of work, gym, then hanging out with his friends. I am included in this routine some days if I initiate. He initiates only sometimes, but when he does, it's usually to take a nap at my place or to have sex. He squeezes me in for like 1-3 hours. It's not a good feeling to have a gym be more important than me lol. I don't expect to have to see him every single day, but all I ask is to spend some quality time together to keep the relationship interesting. We've been together for 2 years. He's a really good guy and treats me well, but it's just this area that I feel needs some work. This issue keeps coming up all the time. What should I do? I talked to him about this before, but it always goes back to this. Help??! Thanks so much.
