 I've had this condition in the past too but it's not too much of a problem. It's probably a combination of a few things; firstly his state of mind, maybe he's not really focusing on the feeling, maybe he needs more visual stimulation? In which case kneel in front of him so he can see his penis penetrating your mouth. Use a free hand to stroke his balls and tickle him between the legs, some light stroking of his anus will also help. Even inserting your finger should give him a thrill! Secondly maybe your technique is not perfectly suited to him. Ask him what feels best. But also remember that you need to keep a constant rhythm because if you keep changing he'll loose the feeling.
