writes:I have left a couple of questions about this. It has been about my manager and how hard she has made me life while i've been where i work. I have always wondered why because i have never done anything to deserve her attitude, but just today I found out why. The long and short of it is, I have found out she fancies me. I was talking to a work friend in the loos, as you do, and she said she had heard a few other girls talking about it and she wondered why, when I acted surprised, I hadn't thought of it before.Well I wouldn't. Ive never thought she was interested in women. She has been married for almost 20years. And I have never been that way inclined as I am totally loved up with my boyfriend.Now I know, I don't know how I should behave. It wasn't so bad when I didn't know, I could ignore her, but now I know, I will be totally aware of it.My boyfriend thinks its hilarious, that after all the moaning I have done about her attitude with me, always having snide remarks and sometimes glaring at me, that it turns out she fancies me. How do I deal with this now? Half the staff already know, now I know, its so embarrassing. Any advice?

Regardless,if she's being a B**ch toward you, document it keep track of what when where who, when she being a B**ch, and take the documentation home with you.
If she try's anything, either to fire you or attempt sexual advances on you, you will have documentation to protect your job and you with.
Bosses can do stupid Sh*t regardless if their male or female. Don't allow the boss to comprimise your job.
