It's been a long time since you were last on one. You've grown up so much since then, matured and things definitely won't seem as scary... especially if you don't talk yourself into getting scared! I'd say, start with the smallest one you can find and work up. You'll build confidence as you go and it will become more fun and less terrifying... like going on the bunny slope before hitting the huge cliffs. My biggest piece of advice: take Dramamine or some sort of motion sickness medicine before you get to the park!! It'll keep your stomach under control. And eat before you get to the park, but don't eat too much before you get on a roller coaster, you don't want to chance things and make yourself sick!
If you really can't stand it, take a camera and be the photographer for the day!!

You just need to make yourself go on that first ride, you are older now and I'm sure once you try it one more time you'll love them. At least promise yourself that you will try one ride.

I used to be really scared of roller coasters, I would shake and nearly cry because I always thought that it was going to break or I would die. Haha. It's a little extreme to be honest. Seriously though you can't let roller coasters take over your life. You can't let them ruin going to theme parks. Nothings going to happen to you. If they wern't safe then the people working at the theme park wouldn't let people go on them. Try and overcome your fear, ino it's hard. I never thought u would be able to get on one without shaking but now i sit in the seat, take deep breaths and think "this is going to be fun." Try to relax and have fun.
