Thats natural, nothing is wrong with you. You know sometimes when you want to do something, and you think you are ready, but then the moment arrives and suddenly you freeze up. When it comes to sex it's no different than any other thing you are a bit nervous about, or anticipate.
You got "cold feet" as they say. You could still be ready, but you were ready only until that point to where you got. Beyond that you weren't quite ready yet. Next time you will feet better about it, and take it one step further. Don't push yourself, just go as long as you feel ok, and then stop when you don't feel sure about the next move. It's absolutely fine. Thats what's called taking it slow and making sure you are comfortable.

Totally normal! It is absolutely terrifying to make that move. But that is a good thing because it shows that you care about her. You are afraid because you are scared that your "move" will frighten her off and you'll lose her. Don't worry, you will get many more chances!
