Its not because of what I eat it's because I get so nervous I cause my self to get nervous gas. I've tried not eating and a pill once but It didn't work and my nervouse gas came. I don't know why I can't calm down and relax. I try not to think about and focus but the room is always quiet and my classmates can hear and it's embarrassing, and thats why i get nervous and scared. worrying about this is taking my focus off my school work. What can I do about this problem? Reply to this Question Share |

Now, I didn't read your previous questions, so I don't know what's been suggested already. Is "nervous gas" like farting, or burps? Or is it just an internal sort of grumbling noise? Either way, everybody farts and poops, and all the stuff we never talk about. Are you being teased? If not, then people probably don't care. If you need help figuring that out, try this: whenever your "nervous gas" comes, and you start to feel embarrassed, just loudly say "SORRY", as many times as it happens. Eventually people will just say "dude, stop saying sorry". If you are being teased, then next time someone says something, turn to them, and say calmly "[Name], I really am sorry that this noise disturbs you, but I really can't help it." Everyone who wasn't teasing you already knows that the teaser is a jerk, and now the teaser will know that everyone knows he is a jerk.

I think you need to tell us first what you have tried already and what worked or didn't work and why. Because this isn't the first time you ask this question, and unless you can say that you have actually tried any of the previous suggestions there is little point in suggesting the same things over and over. I don't feel like repeating myself, you know what I suggested last time you asked this. If you happen to have any new information, or can say what you've done or not done, they maybe my answer can change as well.
