I am friends with the head of the department, and we're pretty close. Anyway there's this new art instructor who started teaching here about a year ago...and I can't gauge if he's gay. He walked into my painting 2 course which is separated by one door inside and...I couldn't help but get that feeling when you think someone might be gay (small gaydar signal, I suppose.) Now, through my other instructor on my facebook...I found his facebook. He doesn't display much info...so I can't even tell if he's single. I know I have a lot of things against me, but the man intrigues me. I considered re-taking beginning drawing just to be in his course. Any advice on how to approach him? Or should I give up pursuing him? Any advice is appreciated, and thanks in anticipation.

A smile that can go on for miles. When you look at him, he is looking at you. Also when he stares deeply in your eyes. If he does these things go for it.
